AGENCY DELIVERY · WEB DEVELOPMENT

White label WordPress development for agencies.

Bring PageTraffic into the build while your agency owns the client relationship. We turn approved designs and scoped requirements into editable WordPress sites, then document and test the work before your team presents it.

Your agency owns the client relationship. We work to an agreed scope, review process and delivery schedule.

THE AGENCY PROBLEM

A finished-looking page is not always a finished site.

Agencies are often handed a beautiful Figma file, a rushed page-builder build or an AI-generated prototype. The hard part is making it editable, responsive, stable and ready for the client’s next content change.

We look at the design system, page types, forms, integrations, hosting and editorial workflow before choosing an implementation. Some projects suit Gutenberg or structured fields. Others need a theme, a builder or custom functionality. The decision follows the client’s needs and the agency’s support model, not a default plugin stack.

THE WORK YOU CAN SELL

WordPress work from build to care.

A project can be a new site, a rebuild, one difficult feature or ongoing development capacity. We scope the work by templates, integrations and acceptance checks.

01

New WordPress sites and redesigns

Build approved page types, navigation, forms and responsive behavior with a content model the client can manage.

02

Custom themes and components

Create reusable templates, blocks or fields where the design needs more control than a stock theme offers.

03

Figma design implementation

Translate approved layouts, tokens, responsive rules and component states into native WordPress patterns.

04

Integrations and functionality

Scope CRM, booking, membership, API or WooCommerce requirements before development; document what is custom and what relies on a plugin.

05

Migration and rebuilds

Inventory existing content, URLs, redirects and functionality before moving into a new WordPress structure.

06

Performance and technical foundations

Review assets, caching, semantic markup, crawlable content and mobile behavior without claiming a speed score before testing.

07

QA, launch and editor training

Test key templates and workflows on staging, resolve defects, document the editing model and support the approved release.

AGENCY DESIGN HANDOFF

From Figma to a site the client can edit.

Your design file should guide the build, not be flattened into one pasted HTML block. We agree on reusable page sections, fields and breakpoint behavior before production.

Design audit

Review components, type, spacing, states, assets and missing mobile decisions with the agency designer.

Native WordPress structure

Map content to Gutenberg patterns, ACF fields, a builder or custom templates according to the project.

Acceptance review

Compare staging against approved designs and test editor changes, forms, navigation and responsive layouts.

PAID PILOT · AI-BUILT SITE TO WORDPRESS

Keep the useful prototype. Rebuild what needs to last.

An AI-generated page can be a strong starting point for a website project. We first audit its code, content and interactions; then quote a WordPress build for the parts that belong in the CMS.

Inventory the behavior

Identify pages, forms, state, authentication, data, integrations and any app functionality. A working app is not assumed to be a simple website.

Choose what converts

Rebuild suitable marketing pages as editable WordPress templates; retain or separately scope functionality that should stay in the original stack.

Pilot and verify

Start with a defined template or page set, test editing and behavior, and only then scope a broader conversion. No forced rewrite of app functionality.

OPTIONAL AFTER-LAUNCH CARE

A care attachment with clear boundaries.

The agency can add recurring WordPress care after the build. We define the sites, access, response route and what counts as a change request before any maintenance starts.

Routine updates and backups

Schedule agreed core and plugin updates, backups and restore checks with a staging route where appropriate.

QA and issue handling

Check important pages and forms after changes; log defects and separate maintenance from new feature work.

Agency handoff

Send a concise maintenance record and escalation notes under your brand. Direct buyers can use PageTraffic’s existing maintenance service.

HOW YOUR TEAM STAYS IN CONTROL

From agency brief to tested WordPress site.

The build stays reviewable at each handoff, with design decisions and editor behavior documented before launch.

  1. 01

    Scope and access

Review Figma, existing site, content, hosting, plugins, integrations and the client’s editing needs.

  2. 02

    Architecture and estimate

Agree the template list, field model, reusable components, acceptance criteria and the work that is outside the build.

  3. 03

    Build on staging

Develop templates and functionality in a review environment, with regular agency checkpoints.

  4. 04

    QA and launch

Test key devices, forms, content editing and migration redirects, then coordinate the approved release.

  5. 05

    Handover or care

Provide editing notes, open-item list and the optional maintenance scope.

AI SEARCH & HUMAN REVIEW

AI can accelerate a draft; developers own the result.

We can use AI assistance for repetitive mapping or early prototypes, but the delivered WordPress site still needs human decisions about component structure, content accuracy, accessibility, security and maintainability.

↗

A practical conversion route

Figma and AI-generated inputs are assessed before we choose themes, blocks, fields or a hybrid architecture.

↗

Search and answer readiness

Clear headings, crawlable pages, structured business facts and useful content give search engines and AI systems a better source to understand.

↗

Human QA

Editors test real content changes; developers verify forms, mobile behavior, performance and integrations before handoff.

We do not promise an AI-built app can be moved into WordPress unchanged. Features requiring application logic are retained or quoted as separate development.

SCOPE & AGENCY PRICING

Quote the build, then define care.

Development is scoped by templates, functionality, migration risk, integrations and QA. We show the agency a project estimate and optional care attachment; these are not SEO campaign packages.

01

Defined project

A quoted WordPress build with agreed templates, functionality, milestones and acceptance criteria.

02

Conversion pilot

A paid, bounded Figma or AI-built prototype conversion before any broader rollout.

03

Ongoing care

A separate monthly scope for updates, backups, QA and issue handling after launch.

A CLIENT-READY HANDOFF

A site the agency can support after delivery.

A polished homepage is not enough. Your team needs access, editing rules, component notes, a record of integrations and a clear list of what the client can safely change.

  • ✓A written scope and account-specific priorities
  • ✓An agreed approval and communication path
  • ✓Client-ready deliverables under your agency brand
  • ✓A record of completed work, open issues and next steps
  • ✓Editor instructions and reusable component inventory
  • ✓QA record, launch checklist and care boundaries

QUESTIONS BEFORE WE START

White Label WordPress Development FAQs

Clear answers for agencies scoping a new client or an existing account.

Can PageTraffic build from our Figma file?+

Yes. We review the approved file, responsive states, assets and content model before estimating. The build should translate components into editable WordPress structures rather than paste the whole design into static HTML.

Can you convert a site built with an AI tool into WordPress?+

We can run a paid pilot after inspecting the source and its behavior. Marketing pages are often good candidates; app features such as accounts, databases or complex workflows may need to stay in their original stack or become a separate development project.

Which WordPress editor will the client use?+

That is chosen with the agency. Gutenberg, structured fields, a page builder or a custom theme may be appropriate depending on design complexity, content volume and who will maintain the site.

Do you offer WordPress care after launch?+

Yes, as a separately agreed attachment covering the sites, updates, backups, QA and support route. New features and large redesigns are scoped separately.

Will you appear in the client-facing work?+

The default white-label arrangement keeps your agency in charge of client communication and presentation. Branding, access and any exceptions are agreed at the start.
