AGENCY DELIVERY · LOCAL SEARCH

White label local SEO services for agencies.

Offer local search work under your own brand without leaving Google Business Profiles, citations and location pages to a patchwork of vendors. PageTraffic helps your team scope, deliver and explain the monthly work for each client.

Your agency owns the client relationship. We work to an agreed scope, review process and delivery schedule.

THE AGENCY PROBLEM

Local accounts need more than a profile update.

A client may ask why the map pack changed, why one branch receives calls while another does not, or whether a service-area page is worth building. Your agency needs someone who can connect the profile, website and local business data in one plan.

We start with the client’s actual footprint: where it serves customers, which locations are eligible for profiles, what the website already explains, and whether business details agree across important listings. That makes it easier to set expectations and report meaningful work rather than send an unexplained rank chart.

THE WORK YOU CAN SELL

Local SEO work that fits the account.

The selected package defines monthly allowances. We use the audit to prioritize the parts that matter for each location, then make the completed work clear to your team.

01

Google Business Profile optimization

Review categories, services, photos, posts, profile completeness and landing-page links. We flag ownership, verification or policy issues for your agency to resolve with the client.

02

Citation audit and cleanup

Check business name, address, phone and key listing details. Correct agreed inconsistencies and prioritize relevant directories rather than reporting a raw submission count.

03

Local website pages

Improve service and location pages with specific offerings, areas served, useful proof, clear headings and internal links. Avoid nearly identical city pages that add little value.

04

Technical and structured data checks

Review crawl access, mobile usability, relevant LocalBusiness markup and the relationship between profile URLs and on-site pages.

05

Review and reputation guidance

Identify how reviews are requested and answered, and suggest policy-safe improvements. Your client remains responsible for customer communication and genuine reviews.

06

Local authority and content

Plan helpful local content and relevant references that support the service area, instead of broad links with no local context.

07

Location-by-location reporting

Connect profile activity, local organic visibility, calls, form enquiries and completed tasks when the client grants the data access.

ONE CLIENT, SEVERAL MARKETS

A separate plan for every location.

Multi-location SEO should not become one generic checklist. Each branch can have different competitors, services, staff, reviews and landing pages.

Profile and page mapping

Match each eligible profile to the right location page and record missing or duplicate entities.

Consistent data, local detail

Keep core business information aligned while giving each page useful details that are actually true for that branch.

Roll-up and local views

Give the agency an overall view and location-level notes, so the account team can explain both the pattern and the exception.

REPORTING YOUR TEAM CAN USE

Show the work behind the movement.

A local ranking screenshot alone does not explain what changed. We pair the performance view with work completed, access constraints and the next agreed action.

The activity

Profile, citation, website and content updates completed in the period.

The signals

Relevant local searches, profile interactions, organic landing pages and leads where tracking is available.

The next decision

Which location or issue deserves attention next and what your team needs from the client.

HOW YOUR TEAM STAYS IN CONTROL

A delivery rhythm your account team can follow.

The agency approves the scope and retains client contact. We make research, production and reporting reviewable.

  1. 01

    Review the opportunity

Share the client website, market, current work and what your agency has promised. We check the starting point before recommending a scope.

  2. 02

    Agree the work and responsibilities

Confirm deliverables, access, approval points, agency branding and which team owns client communication. Written scope keeps the account clear.

  3. 03

    Work in a reviewable cycle

We deliver research and implementation in the agreed cadence. Your account team sees the work before it becomes a client-facing update.

  4. 04

Report and set the next priority

A branded summary connects completed work with observed changes, open issues and the next actions. Your agency leads the client conversation.

AI SEARCH & HUMAN REVIEW

Local AI visibility belongs beside Maps and search.

AI answers may describe a business using its site and third-party sources. For eligible accounts, we check whether the service area, specialties and business identity are represented clearly and consistently.

↗

Business facts that agree

Align the website, profile and important citations so the business is not described differently in every source.

↗

Answers grounded in local expertise

Improve pages that explain services, areas, qualifications and practical buyer questions.

↗

Sampled AI visibility checks

Where included, review a defined set of local prompts and note mentions or citations alongside traditional local performance.

AI answers vary by prompt, model and time. We report observed samples and completed work; we do not promise a mention or a map-pack position.

QUESTIONS BEFORE WE START

White Label Local SEO FAQs

Clear answers for agencies scoping a new client or an existing account.

What is white label local SEO?+

It is local SEO work delivered by a specialist partner under your agency brand. Your agency sells and manages the client relationship; PageTraffic completes the agreed research, profile, website, citation and reporting work behind the scenes.

Can you support several locations for one client?+

Yes, after we review the number of eligible profiles, landing pages and markets. Each location needs its own baseline and priorities. We will scope the work and reporting by location rather than treating a chain as one listing.

Will PageTraffic contact our client?+

The normal model is agency-led communication. We agree on access, approvals and any exceptional client interaction during onboarding. Client-facing deliverables follow your agency branding.

What will appear in the monthly report?+

The report should show agreed work completed, relevant local and profile signals, known tracking limits and next priorities. Metrics depend on the data the client shares and the selected Local package.

Does this include AI search optimization?+

The shared Local package includes AEO and GEO activities. We can also assess sampled AI answers and source consistency where relevant. A specific monthly AI workstream is confirmed in the proposal.
